Out of Body Experience – It’s Not Just For Crazy People Anymore

Years ago, I worked with a guy who sat in the lunchroom and closed his eyes for about 15 minutes. When asked if he was asleep, he replied. ‘No. I just went on an out of body experience  to Hawaii for a quick visit.’ Alright, this guy really was off his nut in many ways as well as just this event. Back then a person had to be nearly insane to even mention anything out of the accepted norm like having an out of body experience. Now that I think about him, I have to wonder if he really was able to take a fifteen-minute out of body vacation in Hawaii over his lunch break.

My Out of Body Experience

Years passed and then I had my death experience in 2004, during which time I had an out of body experience. And my death experience was similar to a great many other reported out of body death experiences. So I certainly haven’t felt neurotic for either having the death experience, or for the many subsequent astral traveling adventures I’ve enjoyed since discovering that — YES — a consciousness CAN venture out of the physical body for an out of body experience. And my many astral travels haven’t adversely affected my waking life when I’m in my physical form. In other words, I don’t see myself as crazy just because I have astral talents and the ability to have an out of body experience.

In fact, I actually believe the people who don’t accept the possibility of astral travel are the crazy ones and they are certainly the ones missing out on the out of body experiences. Perhaps crazy isn’t the right word. Maybe unthinking would suit better. I suggest that out of body adventures and our having astral traveling ability actually makes the better logical sense.

The Last Out of Body Experience

Consider that since the dawn of civilization, people have absolutely trusted in the spiritual belief that something does happen to their souls after death in a final out of body experience. Religions do differ on explanations of precisely what happens for the soul but the basic premise that an afterlife does exist is almost universally accepted – and spirituality isn’t thought of as insanity. Let’s think rationally about the root concept of afterlife, as the last out of body experience.

For a soul to be able to transcend the death of the body, then the spirit can’t actually be 100% fixed to the physical body. If a spirit is able to be jettisoned from the body at the instant of death – to journey on to heaven or whatever awaits then why can’t that same detachable spirit be able to voluntarily disconnect from the body before death? Well, it can. Out of body death experiences prove this is possible and astral traveling adventures are simply extended out of body experiences where the out of body spirit isn’t hanging around in the vicinity of the physical body.

And out of body astral traveling is awesome. There are out of body places to explore that will boggle your mind and that without out of body experiences or astral traveling, you can only dream about. But why take my word for it? You can easily try it out for yourself? I suggest you could start like I did with a simple out-of-body experience. Those are really not all that difficult. Half the battle is just accepting that it is possible. And for the other half of the out-of-body ticket, you have several options.

On attaining a certain state of meditation, your spirit can disconnect with your body and you can go out of body. That’s the way I initiate my astral traveling but I think this way is not the easiest for an out of body experience  beginner. I recommend using binaural technology to assist. ‘Binaural’ is exactly what the word implies. Bi means two and Aural is sound. Two separate frequencies are played to each ear of a stereo recording. Each frequency is discordant with the other and this creates a differential resonance that stimulates particular brain waves. That is the basic science of binaural technology. The effect is that dormant abilities like having out of body experiences are automatic without the intricate meditation or years of study and practice.

Another alternate way to induce an out of body or astral travel is with hypnosis. And similar to the hypnosis avenue, a subliminal program is available to assist with astral traveling. However, I see these as primarily a way to convince a mind that an out of body experience IS possible. As I said earlier, accepting the possibility of out of body experiences is the first half of the task. After the hypnosis and/or subliminal tapes, a spirit still has to jump the second out of body adventure hurdle of actually triggering the astral traveling. So over the hypnosis or subliminal method, I would strongly suggest the binaural method for out of body experiences.

Astral projection isn’t all that difficult but like a person getting on an airplane for the first time, the initial trip out-of-body takes coaching.  The spirit is accustomed to being cooped up in the body shell and it is probably more leery than a timid turtle.  I can offer this word of encouragement: many people HAVE died in airplane crashes but NOT A SINGLE SOLITARY SOUL has EVER been lost to an astral projection journey.  Your spirit ventures out of body and it will come back to the body when the astral projection is over.  The only exception is if the body dies while the spirit is away but that death would’ve occurred even with the soul there to suffer the body’s final pain (if any).
