When your body feels good, your mind feels good too.  When your body and mind feel good your spirit feels good too.  Does this work in reverse?  When your spirit is upbeat, (high on binaural beats) your body and mind feel good too.  So why can’t you maintain a spiritual high and feel good all the time?

Get a Spiritual High

The fact is you can have a spiritual high as often as you want.  I’ve never heard of anyone overdosing on the feel good endorphins your body can produce.  The difficulty is that your conscious mind doesn’t know how to excite the body into producing endorfins when you want to feel good. Binaural beats stimulate your spirit by waking it up.  (I’ve explained my opinion in other posts).  Your spiritual high then begins as the spirit puts the body’s endorphin producing equipment into feel good gear.

Note-Even the people at the unexplainable store where I’m sending you to get your binaural beats from don’t actually have a correct explanation of why binaural beats work at producing the feel good endorphins for a spiritual high.  I guess that’s why they call it ‘unexplainable’ but I know.  Binaural beats are NOT working on the mind, they are affecting the spirit so the effect is good: it’s even better than the salesmen there suggest. (How often does that happen?  When you get a product that is better for you than the advertising lierature claims.)

I’ll say this as many times as it takes for the message to fully sink in.  “You are your spirit.”  I’m sure you’ve had times when driving or doing something tedious, when you suddenly realize that you don’t remember the past several minutes-you were on autopilot.  You didn’t hit the ditch because you weren’t asleep but still you have no recollection.  What has happened there? The answer is that though your mind and body were awake, your spirit nodded off and YOU are your spirit.  The body and mind you possess are just the vehicle that YOU are driving around this life in.  When you (by which I mean the spiritual you) become too absorbed in the functions of your body/mind, you loose track of being the spirit.  Binaural beats remind you to be your spirit and the results are amazing.
