I suppose it sounds odd to describe the astral body in terms of physiology but the astral body does actually have an anatomy though it is quite different from the human anatomy. In this article I’ll confine my discussion to only the astral body physiology but your ethereal form does have some amazing abilities and talents that I will only briefly address today.

The Astral Body’s Substance

The anatomical muscles, bone, skin, organs and flesh of your astral body are all comprised entirely of ethereal plasma. When this highly flexible material is in its normal state, it is of a silvery color and it glows emitting a white light of variable intensity.
Think of the comic book hero Silver Surfer to get the idea or I suppose you could better compare the astral body to a luminous glob of hot wax drifting and undulating in a lava lamp. However, the plasma skin of your astral body is able to change colors and textures as a chameleon but the change is of far higher quality than a chameleon. The astral body is also able to modify its shape, size, and appearance completely, like a mythical doppelganger or a shape shifter.

Your Astral Physique

You astral body’s only natural limbs are silvery cords that extend outwards in all directions. Visualize a spiny sea urchin made of a glowing silvery flowing metal but with the spines of many assorted thicknesses and each spine extending out until it vanishes into the distance. However with that said, remember that our astral bodies also have the innate ability to alter it’s form so it can appear not to have the silver cords and it can appear to have a humanoid body shape at will.

In order to help you to visualize the astral body in its natural form, I want you to put a lava light into your mind’s eye. Instead of the being orange or purple, the semi-liquid wax inside the hot lamp is silver and it seems more like molten metal. But to make your mental image more accurate as to what the astral body looks like, you need to add another feature.

Have you ever seen a plasma ball either in a science exhibit or as a funky lamp? Well, overlay the image of a plasma ball over top of the lava lamp’s molten wax and make it all part of the same entity that is glowing silver. That’s what your astral physique looks like when it is not actively trying to appear as something else.

Luminescence of Astral Bodies

The astral body is silvery white in color but the light it emits is of the purest white. The astral body itself glows white and the same white light emanated from any limb or proto-limb that the astral body protrudes. The intensity of the white light is variable and when the light emitted grows more intense, the astral body itself becomes more white than silvery up to the point where the astral body’s substance seems to be comprised only of white light.

I’m sure you’ve heard of a white light being associated with a death experience and you’ve likely heard of people in an NDE wanting to ‘step into the white light’. In fact the white light they are stepping into is their own astral body that is at its maximum luminosity when a person is crossing over the cusp of death.

Exceptional Astral Abilities

The astral body is a wonderful vehicle for exploring the ethereal realities. It is essentially weightless, highly maneuverable and absolutely flexible to mold into whatever form the astral traveler wishes. The astral body also has some amazing additional abilities.

Like the hot wax glob in a lava lamp, the astral body can subdivide itself into several and make each portion appear different. To enjoy astral sex for example, the astral body can split into two and make the other half male or female as appropriate. I suspect that when a guy tells of encountering a succubus demon, it has most likely been a case of the astral body forming the desired sex partner.

As in making a surrogate other gender self for astral sex, the astral physique can also grow and detach demons. And I’ve never seen an actual self-aware demon anywhere in astral space or even the afterlife. All the ‘demons’ I’ve encountered have been created entities that my astral body has extruded and injected a semblance of intellect into, or one that someone else’s astral body has birthed.

You know that plants produce offspring with seeds but did you also know that some trees like the poplar have another method of producing saplings. The root of an older poplar tree will ‘sucker up’ many new trees. But these saplings are not made of new genetic material like a tree born from a fertilized seed that resulted from plant sex. New astral souls and their corresponding astral bodies do not come as a result of astral sex.  They are like a bud growing from the tendril roots that connect other astral bodies.

Have you ever wondered whether the secret and the law of attraction were somehow connected with the astral world?  Well, the answer is that those are most certainly connected.  Heaven and the astral realm are connected and both are connected to the past and the future too.  So what does that have to do with astral sex?  Everything because everything is connected to everything and everyone is also connected.  I’ll try to explain exactly what that means.

Suppose you meet someone that you would like to know, or whom you would just like to have sex with.  If you’re not a skillful pick-up-artist or a gifted come-on-queen, are you going to be able to arrange the physical tryst that you want?  In the physical world, there are certain difficulties that do not exist to hamper sex on the astral plane.

So you might want to go out of your body to look up your desired sex partner in the astral world.  I want to note here that even if he or she is not also out on an astral trip, you two could still hookup for astral sex because everyone always exists both on the astral and on the physical planes at the same time.  So perhaps you are actually and actively having astral intercourse with your intended, while they are only enjoying the ethereal sex in a dream – but it is still absolutely real.

How to Get to the Astral Plane – Answer # 1

The first answer to the ‘how to get to the astral plane’ question is to simply simply leave your physical body for an astral travel or an out of body experience and that will put you automatically into the astral plane.

Is this just a normal plane. Or is it of a plane phased onto the astral plane?

The ethereal plane or the astral plane surrounds our physical universe and the astral plane is within every scrap of physical matter inside of the physical world.  It is quite impossible to leave the physical plane without going into the astral world.

Putting this how to get to the astral plane answer in as easy of terms as possible – You can’t miss it.  In ancient times it was said that all roads lead to Rome.  For any ethereal, metaphysical or spiritual travels, all roads go to the astral plane of existence.

Try Astral Projection

As I said above, the astral plane surrounds the physical universe AND that the astral plane pervades into every single molecule in the physical plane.  I’m going to get a bit scientific here for a moment – please bare with me.

The science of quantum physics is still in its infancy but already several facts are understood and in some aspects, verified.  One of these regards what is know as a quantum phase transition.  Basically, it asserts that all matter at the quantum level phases into and then out of existence.  Well, that is the theory but I think we all realize that nothing just vanishes to nowhere and back.  That disappearing and reappearing matter has to be going somewhere.  I personally know that it is going to the astral plane.  I know this because I have followed it there on a number of occasions.

Gasp!  I sound like a stalker.  I followed material matter into the astral plane to see what it was doing there – and – I found out some interesting astral tidbits.

I suppose that you’ve heard of the Akashic Records.  (If you haven’t then you should look them up.)  The Akashic Records contain detailed information about everyone who has ever lived, who is still living, and who has yet to live.  These records are certainly found on the astral plane but you don’t have to astral travel out of your body to find the Akashic because the astral plane entrance to the Akashic Records are inside of all people.  I think I have to explain this a bit more and I notice that I’ve gotten slightly off of the original topic of how to get to the astral plane.

The quantum particles that make up your body phase into and out of the astral plane, just like the rest of the matter in the physical universe does.  And you can astrally trace where it goes from there.  On the astral plane, time itself is in suspended animation.  Actually, time does not exist on the astral plane at all.  So you can track that tiny quantum sized particle of your body as it blinks into astral existence, where time does not exist, and then you can follow that particle back out to wherever you want it to go.

Past-Life Regression is actually a function of Akashic Records

For example, you can visit a future you though the Akashic records by stalking your particle into the astral plane and then out into the physical world – but at a future time.  You could also find Akashic information about another person by tracing one of their quantum particles.  Actually, that does sound even more like stalking but through the astral plane.

How to Get to the Astral Plane – Answer # 3

Hey! Did you read between the lines in my how to get to the astral plane answer number two?  The fact is that you’ve already been to the astral plane millions or even billions of times.  Your whole body and you with it continually oscillates between the physical realm and the astral plane.  You just haven’t been aware of it happening because your brain is attuned to your existence in the physical world, to exclusion of your awareness of your periodic existence in the astral plane.

So I suggest the question you should be asking instead of how to get to the astral plane, is how do I attune my brain to include awareness of my astral existence?

There are a number of ways to attune your mind to the astral plane but since I’ve already talked about the Akashic Records, I’ll tell you how to attune your mind to that specific portion of the ethereal plane.

Find a quiet place, like your bed, where you can be inside of your mind.  Gaining a meditative state is helpful.  Focus inwards and be mindful of the fact that your body’s basic building blocks are constantly in a state of flux between the physical and the astral worlds.  tighten your mind’s focus until you are observing only a particle sized bit – and then hold on and surf out behind it when it blinks out.

I’ll begin by saying that for me and many other regular astral travelers the astral realms are fun, invigorating, and perfectly safe. Swimming is fun and invigorating too but it does come with the dangers of drowning or encountering sharks.

Actually, astral projection can be compared to swimming in a number of ways.

1. Your vision and hearing are distorted.

When you are underwater, whether snorkeling, swimming, or just with your ears or eyes under the surface of your bathtub, the sounds you hear and your vision have an unusual quality. Light is refracted differently and sound waves are not the same as in air. Imagine if you had never actually stuck your head underwater before. Might your first aquatic experience feel like a delusion? The eyes and ears that your body has are not along with you on an astral projection. You have only the senses native to your soul with you. Your astral hearing and vision is keen but it is also quite different than you are use to having during your wakeful consciousness.

1. While underwater and when astral projecting you are weightless.

In actual scientific fact, you aren’t truly weightless in water. It simply feels like you are because you are more buoyant in water than you are in the air. In the astral realms, you are as weightless as the soul. You can move up , down or even at the speed of light powered by the strength of your mind. Actually in this respect, I suppose astral projection would be better compared with the weightlessness you would expect to find in the vacuum of outer space.

3. Water and the astral realm are nothing short of awesome.

Whether swimming, diving, frolicking in the surf, or just luxuriating in a hot tub, being in water is an experience on earth that is not to be missed. Well, neither is the sublime bliss of slipping free from the constraint of your physical body to explore or just to experience the thrill of existing in the ethereal plane.

Have you ever immersed in water? Did you do so even despite the risk of drowning or the rumor of sharks? Hey! Astral projection holds fewer dangers and far greater rewards.

 Astral Travel is Quite Sane

It seems like an age ago, I worked with a guy who sat in the lunchroom and closed his eyes for about 15 minutes. When asked if he was asleep, he replied. ‘No. I just went to Hawaii for a quick visit.’ Alright, this guy really was nutty as a fruitcake in many ways Back then you had to be a lunatic to talk about anything out of the accepted norm. Now that I think about him, I have to wonder if he really was able to take a fifteen-minute vacation in a tropical paradise over his lunch hour.

Time passed and then I had my death experience in 2004, during which time I had an out-of-body experience. And my death experience was similar to a great many other reported out-of-body death experiences. So I certainly haven’t felt neurotic for either having the death experience, or for the many subsequent astral traveling adventures I’ve enjoyed since finding out that a consciousness CAN venture out of the physical body. And my many astral travels haven’t adversely affected my waking life when I’m in my physical form. In other words, I’m not crazy just because I have astral talents.

Actually, I believe the people who don’t accept the reality of astral travel are the crazy ones. Perhaps crazy isn’t the right word. I suggest that our having astral traveling ability actually makes the better logical sense.

Consider that throughout the course of civilization, everyday folk have absolutely trusted in the spiritual belief that something happens to their souls after death. Religions each offer different explanations of what happens for the soul but the basic premise that an afterlife does exist is almost universally accepted – and spirituality isn’t thought of as insanity. Let’s think rationally about the root concept of afterlife.

For life essence to be able to transcend the death of the body, then the spirit can’t actually be 100% fixed to the physical body. If a spirit can leave the body at the instant of death – to journey on to whatever awaits then why can’t that same detachable spirit be able to voluntarily disconnect from the body before death? Well, it can. Out-of-body death experiences prove this is possible and astral travels are simply extended out-of-body experiences where the spirit doesn’t remain around in the vicinity of the physical body.

And astral traveling is an amazing experience. There are places to explore that will blow your mind and that without astral traveling, you can only imagine. But why see for yourself? I recommend that you could start like I did with a simple out-of-body experience.  {Those are really not all that difficult. Half the battle is just accepting that it is possible. And for the other half of the out-of-body ticket, you have several different options.

On attaining the optimum state of meditation, your soul can disconnect with your physical form. That’s the way I initiate my astral traveling but I think this way is not the easiest for the novice. I recommend using binaural technology to do the trick.  ‘Binaural’ is exactly what the word implies.  Bi means two and Aural is sound. Two separate frequencies are played to each ear of a stereo recording. Each is discordant with the other and this creates a differential resonance that stimulates specific brain waves. That is the basic physics of binaural technology. The effect is that undiscovered abilities are automatic without the intricate meditation or years of study and practice.

Another way to induce an out-of-body experience or astral travel is with hypnosis. And similar to the hypnosis option, a subliminal package is available to assist with astral traveling. However, I see these as primarily a way to convince a mind that astral travel IS reasonable. As I’ve said often accepting the possibility is the first half of the task. After the hypnosis and/or subliminal mp3, a spirit still has to jump the second hurdle of actually triggering the astral projection. So over the hypnosis or subliminal method, I would strongly suggest the binaural astral travel method.

So let’s get back to your trying out astral traveling. As you’ve probably seen, this article is devoted to showing you that astral traveling is definitely more than just possible – it is likely and also quite rational. If you’ve believed some of what I’ve said, then you’re already half way to your first out-of-body experience. Your next step is downloading the out-of-body binaural recording.

Then find a safe place for your physical form to chill out for a bit. A comfy chair or your bed would be fine. Listen to your out of body binaural download and close your eyes. My astral sex experience started with an old abandoned farmhouse that I kept noticing. I didn’t stop in there. I just drove by it a few times and my mind wandered to questions of why it was left deserted. Then something odd started happening; I began to feel that my astral travels were being tracked or even haunted.
I suppose that since ‘astral sex with a gorgeous ghost’ is in the title, I really can’t build any suspense by telling how we hooked up. I’ll just get on with the encounter. Yes, Astrid is a ghost. It’s funny too. She has been dead for longer than I’ve been alive but she was much younger than I am now when she died.  Yet it was her first astral sex too.

Astrid was born in Europe and raised in an orphanage. She never met either of her parents and especially missed not knowing her mother. Astrid swore to herself that when she had children, she wouldn’t abandon them. But fate had other plans.

She came to North America as a mail order bride. Damn! It was one lucky guy who put in that order because Astrid was young and gorgeous. But he was unlucky too because shortly after giving birth to her first child, a daughter, Astrid passed away. And it is in death where Astrid’s story and mine of astral sex really begins.

“I swore an oath not to leave my baby girl alone.” She told me. “Even though I died I didn’t want to break my vow. So I stayed near my daughter. Sometimes, I would even push her when she was on her tire swing. I know that she could sense that I was there and that I meant her no harm.”

‘But others didn’t trust your goodness?” I asked.

“They moved away from my haunted house.” Astrid said.

My beautiful ghost then went on to describe how my interest in the house alerted her to my presence. Her sleuthing determined that I’m a frequent astral traveler. Then the sexy ghost of Astrid started hatching an afterlife plan that involved me and astral sex. She would offer all she had to gain my cooperation, but a spirit has nothing to give but itself in the form of astral sex.

“After Helen was born, I kept bleeding and I was quickly getting weaker. I suspected that I was dying so I wrote my baby daughter a letter. I hid it in my secret place and I planned on showing her where it was when she got older. But they moved away.”

So what is astral sex like? Well, have you ever made zero gravity love inside a disco mirror ball that was filled with a rainbow? Did you merge into each other, so you couldn’t quite tell where you ended and your partner began? Were the exquisite sensations you experienced felt equally from your fingertips to your toes? Was the climax more explosive than a split atom?

“Please burn the house too.” Astrid asked me in our post-coital embrace.

Back in the physical world, I drove to the haunted farmhouse. Having had such a deep connection with Astrid in the afterlife, I could certainly feel her presence as I looked for and found the secret place she had told me about. There in the nook, I found a sealed jar that contained Astrid’s letter to her daughter.

There was more written but I see those two lines as the key to Astrid’s actions and even to her offer of astral sex to pay to get the letter delivered. Unless the daughter got the message, how would she know the girl meeting her was her mother?

I didn’t burn the house. I don’t think I need to either. I’m certain that when Astrid’s daughter dies, my gorgeous ghost will no longer find herself tied to her old life. And it won’t be too long. Astrid’s daughter has children, grandchildren and more than a few great-grandchildren too. I’m not an arsonist but I have ulterior motives as well. I know where I can go for more happy astral sex encounters with Astrid the gorgeous ghost.
