Try Astral Projecting and Become Younger
If aging is the result of DNA randomly phasing into the astral plane and then back into the physical universe from astral space, then could reverse aging occur if the DNA from a previous time in the astral meta-universe were focused back instead? I thought it was worth a try so recently I’ve been trying out a new astral projection regimen.

Spiritual Life Coaching
Author: Gavin Young
“What is the function of a spiritual life coach and what are some of the tasks and methods they use?” That is the question I was asked when I was interviewed recently for a television special on Executive and Spiritual Life Coaching
The answer to the first part of the question is as varied as there are spiritual coaches, but the theme each has in common is working “from”, “with” and “in” a spiritual dimension, spirituality in this case understood as that which is both totally beyond us, but at the same time inextricably part of us.
Simply put, a spiritual life coach facilitates his/her clients’ spiritual growth. This can run the gamut from people at the very beginning of a spiritual life to those well advanced on a spiritual Path. It also encompasses people in spiritual transition (e.g., people leaving and/or joining a particular faith tradition, people who have been abused spiritually/religiously and who now wish to reclaim a new, healthy spirituality while working through their pain, etc.).
The client establishes his/her “agenda” and the coach most often assists by listening and asking relevant questions. The coach and client then devise a plan for reaching the client’s spiritual goals. The coach acts as cheerleader, mentor, accountability partner, and, what I like to refer to as, the client’s Sacred Witness.
It is important to remember, however, that coaching is not therapy nor is it pastoral counseling. The relationship between coach and client is that of equals. The journey is a shared experience and the coach doesn’t necessarily have to know more than the client.
Some coaches will give their clients “homework” such as journaling, keeping a “dream journal”, and/or making lists of things that empower or hinder a person’s spiritual growth based on what the coach knows about the client’s goals. Clients are encouraged to list ten goals they wish to reach over the next ninety days.
In a large way, spiritual coaches help others to help themselves, to live empowered, responsible, joyful, grateful and peaceful lives. A spiritual coach is attempting to raise peoples’ consciousness and disseminate the good news (gospel) that one person at a time we can turn the world around, as individuals, as couples, as families, as corporations, as governments, and countries, and as a planet. Together, coach and client take the spirit energy that is within each of us and begin using it as a tool of profound personal change or transformation, building and tending and nurturing the lives we want in our deepest hearts to have, lives as whole, integrated, peaceful, loving, truly happy people, that is, people who are in tune with spirit.

The simplest proof of the concept of manifest thinking is "If A equals B, then everything true of A will naturally also be true of B." In other words, if you're a successful person, you're naturally going to think of yourself in a successful way. And to the contrary, if you are generally unsuccessful, you're going to think of yourself in an unsuccessful way. But what happens if you keep thinking of yourself in an unsuccessful way, and can't stop it? Naturally, this is going to cause you some problems. Those who keep blaming themselves for everything, or who can't quite imagine their lives actually succeeding in the way they want suffer from negative self image. Motivational thinkers will tell you it's jut a matter of "Thinking positively," and there is something to that, but you also need to make sure the right part of your brain is getting the message.
Try Manifesting Your Destiny With Confidence - Click HereA spiritual life coach should work to empower and inspire people to, as Bishop John Shelby Spong aptly puts it, “Live fully; love wastefully; and be all you can.” This, I believe, is the heart of Jesus’ message along with many other spiritual Teachers throughout history (e.g., Mohammed, Buddha, Ghandi, King and Mother Teresa). This is something each of us has the power to do. The result being better citizens, better partners, better spouses, and better children. This is spirit in action.
As a coach, one seeks to keep oneself out of the way as much as possible in order to let the client find his/her own answers. The coach owes it to the client to insure that the time spent belongs to the client. Hence, many coaches find that having clients come to a session each week with an agenda is most helpful. The client’s goals are of foremost importance to the coach, who must remain sensitive to whatever spiritual, religious, and/or denominational means the client wishes to use.
Spiritual coaching is like an emptying process (Greek: kenosis): coaches attempt to remain nonjudgmental. and in so doing are able to act as conduits or sounding boards with the clients’ interests at heart as opposed to layering the coach’s agenda on the client, thus hijacking his/her experience of finding truth for themselves. The client holds infinite wisdom, including the answers. It is often simply waiting to be retrieved, remembered or resurrected.
Is spiritual coaching religious? It certainly can be depending on the coach and the client. Traditional religions are followed by some coaches, but others do not follow any religion. Tolerance is a huge part of spiritual coaching. People should be met where they are and on what ever path they’re walking. A spiritual coach should be flexible enough to work with a client from his/her personal philosophy, faith tradition, and spirituality. And a coach must certainly make extra room for the person who is not in touch with any spirituality, but is seeking one. People wake up spiritually at different times and for different reasons.
Think about the times in your life when you’ve had spiritual experiences. What were they like? What provoked them? How did they leave you feeling?
To summarize, then, a spiritual life coach works with clients in facilitating spiritual growth. By listening and asking relevant questions, the coach helps the client begin to find his/her way along a meaningful Path or conversely helps the more advanced client attain even greater spiritual depth. In a world that is becoming less and less certain, growing and maintaining a healthy spiritual life is of the utmost importance. When uncertain about life, many people become introverted, looking for a greater power than themselves. The coach must do all he/she can to understand what the client is going through and help the client work through the process. Learning to live comfortably with uncertainty is one of the primary lessons we must learn as incarnated souls.

Quantum Mechanics + Astral Projection = Regained Youth
from Astralprojectioneasy.com
You and your body exist here in the physical universe but if you follow quantum mechanics, you might also know that the atoms that make up your body phase into and out of the physical plane all the time. In fact those quantum size particles are phasing into astral space and back into the physical universe. Astral space exists all around us and in us as well and we are all continually traveling into and out of the astral plane. This is just normal life.
Now I’ll add the Akashic Records into our discussion. These records are astral files that contain all the knowledge and events for each person who has ever lived and who will ever live. The Akashic Records reside in astral space but they surround each person. The Akashic Records pertaining to you extend outwards from you in all directions into the astral plane like a shadow cast out from the light within you.
Astral Projection With Isochronic Tones
Since time does not exist in the astral plane, the previous and future portions of your existence are in a mixed pool around you – and you can astral travel to any portion of your life to visit or revisit. You can also enter your previous or future body and absorb the thoughts and memories that your past or future self is experiencing. That ability alone is an interesting astral adventure but it brings an epiphany. ‘Co-existing for longer periods in a former incarnation of myself brings a return to youthfulness!’

They are continuously being replaced AND they are blinking back and forth into the astral plane. In pure theory, a body should never age at all because the cells are constantly being replaced – so why do we age? Medical science doesn’t know how to answer that question yet. So might I suggest that we grow old because when our DNA phases into astral space, it does not come back exactly as it was before it left?
If aging is the result of DNA randomly phasing back into the physical universe from astral space, then could reverse aging occur if the DNA from a previous time were focused back instead? I still go astral projecting as I enjoy but when I’m ready for sleep I don’t just go back to my normal physical form. Instead, I’ve chosen a period in my life when I feel that my age was ideal. I astral project into my own body – in that time period – and I sleep there. I’m supposing what with my astral projected self in that time that the DNA from that time may tend to go and infuse my physical body with renewed youthfulness. At least it doesn’t hurt to make an attempt and I find that sleeping in my younger self is pleasurable too.

Astrology as a Potential Aide in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy
Author: Radko Vacek
Radko Vacek
Freud, in The Future of an Illusion, judged that ultimately spirituality is an immature orientation towards life. Yet, his ideas of id, ego, and superego are reconcilable with the spirituality of astrology. As Steven Forrest stated in The Changing Sky, whereas Freud saw the mind divided into three aspects, astrologers see at least ten, corresponding to the ten, major heavenly bodies in our solar system. However, four of these bodies and the mental aspects associated with them approximate Freud’s three aspects: Mars and Venus with id, sun with ego, and Saturn with superego. These four astrological aspects are of more pivotal importance than the rest. Astrology can be interpreted in psyhcoanalytic terms.
Id was described as a reservoir of instinctual energies, unconscious, biologically given, and concerned only with seeking immediate gratification of desires, largely determined by sexual and aggressive instincts.
Ego in contemporary psychoanalytic theory consists of the autonomous functions of perception, motility, memory, and intellect present since birth and refined through the interaction between biological maturation and responding to the environment. Ego is described as having the adaptive function of mediating between external reality and the demands of internal psychic systems. It is thought that optimal functioning of the person necessitates ego being autonomous from the demands of both id and environment.
Superego is described as a modification of ego. It is thought to generate unconscious guilt and self-punishment, and consists of the faculties of mind acquired by maturing children, concerned with imposing morally acceptable limits on the expression of their impulses. These resemble the faculties thought to be represented by Saturn. One of the basic Saturnine limits is that of sexual identity, a baby’s realization that it is a boy or a girl, with all the implications this may have on choices over the life-span. The expansion of Saturnine limits exceeds issues of sexual identity to limits imposed by moral commitments to causes. The realization of sexual identity also is central to psychoanalysis. The resolution of the Oedipus Complex in the boy and the Electra Complex in the girl during early childhood, in which the child identifies with the same sex parent, is proposed to be the foundation for further development of the personality, particularly the development of the conscience. Superego functions are modifications of ego functions. Issues central to ego functioning also make an impact on superego. The success of ego to maintain autonomy from the demands of both id and environment enables the conscience to maintain a guilt-free sense of self-worth.
Comparable to the development of superego, the motion of Saturn has been found to reflect profound developments over a life span. As Steven Forrest put it in The Changing Sky, Chapter 6, it doesn’t make much sense to predict career developments for a five-year-old, nor sexual blossoming for a bedridden, old lady. We must remember the person’s place in the life cycle. That place is most clearly reflected by the returns of Saturn to its position in the natal chart. Saturn makes an orbit about every 29 and 1/2 years. That reflects the time around our thirtieth birthdays, when we realize we aren’t young anymore. The second return reflects the time around our fifty-ninth birthdays, when we think more about what we’re going to do with our time in retirement.
The aspects of all the other, outer planets – Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto – to their natal positions also reflect milestones in life-span development. But the aspects of half of them, Uranus and Neptune, are better interpreted in context of Saturn transits.
Consider the trine aspect made by Uranus to its natal position around age twenty-eight. Hopefully the person resolves the frictions around the square of Uranus to its natal position around age twenty-one, when friction tends to arise between growing individuality and culturally imposed limits. By age twenty-eight, hopefully the person has learned to live in fuller harmony with social demands while expressing individuality, for this sets the stage for passing smoothly into middle age, reflected by the first Saturn return following shortly. What is the ultimate purpose, however, of balancing individuality and social demands? This is best understood in context of the middle-age challenge of compromising our dreams, as the means to express our individuality, with our daily reality, largely socially determined, while still keeping intact the youthful vision guiding us. The challenge is pursuing youthful visions within the limits, or we might say road signs, symbolized by the Saturn return. The transit of Uranus is better understood in the context of the transit of Saturn.
Consider the first major aspect of Neptune to its natal position, the sextile about age twenty-eight. The message symbolized by Neptune is that beyond us lies a world of beautifully mysterious spirituality, accessible to us if we only know how. Around age twenty-eight, a desire tends to intensify for a larger perspective on life. Surely we can keep that youthful vision fairly intact into middle age, but we still must usually compromise dreams, and that is a high toll to pay. It would be a let down to enter middle age, if it were not for the inspiration that spirituality provides. The transit of Neptune is understood better in context of the the return transit of Saturn.
Given the pivotal importance of Saturn in understanding the life-span development of the person, and the similarity between the limiting, guiding functions of the mind which Saturn represents and that of superego, it makes sense to establish a rough correspondence between superego functions of psychoanalysis and Saturnine functions of astrology.
The sun and its aspects to the natal and the progressed charts coincide with ego functioning. Steven Forrest described the role of the sun in The Changing Sky, Chapter 4: The sun “plays a hypertense beam of self-awareness over us, cutting through the overlapping webs of planetary trigger points spread throughout the chart. Whatever part of the mind it hits is temporarily centralized in the ego, occupying our attention and expressing its needs.”
Why does “the beam” hit one part of the mind at a given time rather than another? Most often, it is because of what is happening around the person at the time. That part of the mind most often is needed to respond to the reality of that moment. That also is what the ego functions in psychoanalysis are about, adapting behavior to meet needs within the constraints of natural and social laws. It makes sense to think of the solar functions in psychoanalytic terms as roughly equivalent to ego.
Venus roughly represents the life-preserving aspect of id. The most apparent characteristic of young children is their receptivity. Lacking skills to meet their needs actively, they depend on help from the environment, particularly caregivers. Because more development occurs in the first four years of life than any other, young children are driven intensely to develop their latent abilities. They need to take in considerable nutritional and emotional support to have the energy for the awesome undertaking. Consequently, the child is like a receptacle ready much of the time to be filled to the brim. Receptivity is a key word in understanding young children in psychoanalytic terms, when their ego and superego functions aren’t well developed, and also in understanding Venus functions. Venus aspects are times when we need to turn to friendly others, being receptive to the loving support they offer. The erotic aspects of id functions coincide fairly well with this type of receptivity, justifying making a rough correspondence between Venus and these aspects of id.
There is an aggressive aspect of id, that Freud later identified with the death-wish, Thanatos. In the form of assertiveness, it is thought not only to drive us to the decisive action often times called for, but also to strike at others for insufficient reasons, or at ourselves, causing depression or self-destruction. This aspect of id corresponds to Mars functioning.
What are some more precise implications for counseling? I have found secondary progressions to be a symbolic system very helpful in guiding clients. The influences of year after year in our life-spans seem to be reflected in the progressions of the heavenly bodies, the Midheaven, and the Ascendant, from day to day after our births, in terms of a day for a year correspondence.
Usually only aspects made by faster heavenly bodies are read, but given the importance of Saturn as a symbol of the conscience over the life-span, Saturn needs to be studied closely as well. Aspects between Mars and Saturn in the progressed chart can reflect serious conflicts between id and ego/superego functions. I recommend storytelling as a supplemental way to read the heavenly bodies.
For instance, we might compose a poem, whose narrative is derived from reading the secondary progressions of a chart. In a natal chart, Mars may be stationed close enough behind Saturn that within the days and the months after birth included in reading a secondary progression, Mars overtakes Saturn. The narrowing of the distance between them within days of the conjunction can be read as Mars overtaking the young lady Saturnine as she has been frantically running away. Besides the secondary progression giving rise to the storyline for the poem, the poem in turn can add meaning to the secondary progression. Now, besides Saturn being approximately equated with superego, it would also be personified as a young lady. Mars would represent a sinister aspect of id functioning. Actually, not only would Saturnine personify superego, but also the ego in which the former has its roots. Saturnine getting overpowered could symbolize ego losing autonomy to id and its sexual and aggressive impulses, with all the ramifications that has to superego, in terms of losing self-respect to overwhelming guilt.
What does such a loss of autonomy of ego involve? Ego functions include perception, motility, memory, and intellect, the elements of goal-directed thought. Losing autonomy, therefore, could involve losing the freedom of thought to consider all the choices, and perhaps choosing a course of action quite the opposite of that which one ought, with very sad and guilt-inducing consequences.
Perhaps to some milder extent all people born with Mars within roughly forty degrees behind Saturn suffer such a loss of mind, values, and consequent loss of valuables, but I expect the trauma to be worse for those born with a certain configuration in their natal charts. If Mars was in a place pivotal to the rest of the heavenly bodies and the Ascendant and the Midheaven, then we can expect that the effect might be more morbid. Making clients aware of how id may infringe on the autonomy of ego, lessening their effective thought, and their effective, and morally responsible behavior, could help them quite a bit, particularly with the help of astrology. Astrology can help clients know when to expect all this. Another way of helping is to encourage a life dedicated to spirituality, incompatible with the physical nature of id drives. For further reading, I recommend, Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy, by Dr. Kenneth Pargament.
Some major religions encourage sexual abstinence for spiritual growth. I think that, perhaps, in persons whose id drives are overly pronounced, abstinence could facilitate a more productive, and less guilt-ridden life. Sex might very well be like alcohol. Usually alcohol in moderation is healthful, but if predisposed to alcoholism, it is best left alone.

Why Celebrities All Create Using The Law Of Manifestation
Author: DeliaCriable
The LaW of Manifestation is aligned right alongside the Law of Attraction. Whatever your thoughts and beliefs might be, they will form your own reality. This means if you can conceive an idea and believe it’s possible for you, it’s very achievable.
Both the Law of Manifestation and the Law of Attraction embrace the idea that your mind is a powerful thing which will enable you to achieve anything you desire.
Manifesting your object of desire refers to making your dreams come true, or materializing all that you ever wanted in life. Each individual has the power of manifestation within their own minds lying dormant within the subconscious. Having an open mind and developing the correct mindset is all you need to tap into that power.
Your unconscious mind is not in touch with reality. It receives cues from your conscious mind such as feelings, beliefs, and thoughts, and then uses those to create your reality. This communication between the unconscious and conscious mind is happening nonstop and is what ultimately delivers the reality that you live out on a daily basis. What your conscious mind passes along the unconscious mind creates reality from.
Many think our mind to be same as our brain. But this is wrong. The mind that we have is one of the most powerful entities in the world handed to us from the universe. Whether one realizes or not, the power of the human mind can achieve anything and is immeasurable in nature.
Many think that our body makes up 95% of our human existence and our mind is wrapped inside it. In reality, however, it is our mind that makes up our existence and our physical body is a small part of us only to experience what our mind creates.
When you see how the law of manifestation works you realize that humans are spiritual at the core of our being. When the mind focuses on a thought with belief and intention it sends those thoughts out into the universe where they can be manifested into our daily life.
We have human experiences but are essentially spiritual beings in our core. Our physical body is at the receiving end of it all which only experiences what our thoughts give forms to.
In this world, one is made to believe that he does not possess any inherent power and that he is not linked to the infinite cosmos. Religions and society talk about only priests or intermediaries having this power but that is a far cry from the truth.
The fact remains that each individual is a part of this infinite cosmos and everyone has the inherent ability to manifest anything and everything that they want from the universe through the power of their thoughts and beliefs. Thus, the age old ignorant beliefs about separateness and not having the powers should be shaken off and ignored.
Manifestation happens irrespective of the thought content. That is, be it a positive though or a negative thought, whatever you let your mind harbour is what is going to manifest. This is because the energy flow of thought creation is what sends a signal to the universe and not the content per se.
Thus, the best way for you would be to concentrate on the emotions that your want satisfaction would generate and not on the want per se. For example, if you want to pay off all your bills and be a debt free man, don’t think about the money you need or the debt itself. Instead, think of the emotions of joy and relaxation which you would feel as a debt free man.
If you held negative beliefs about always being broke or always being in debt, those thoughts would have penetrated to your subconscious and turned them into a reality by way of manifestation.
So, for al these years if you have sent across the signals of need, you know why it is more of those similar feelings that you have ended up manifesting in your life. Now go ahead and feel and communicate only those feelings that you would want to manifest in reality. Think yourself to be debt free and send signals of joy, relaxation and happiness to manifest the very same in the future.
Everything about your life today from your relationships to your possessions are a result of the thoughts and beliefs that you had in the past.
One needs to be able to control his thoughts to be able to manifest only those objects that are dear to him and not otherwise. One must start right now and think about only those objects that makes him happy and keeps him peaceful.
The Law of Manifestation will work hard to bring these new thoughts into a physical form that becomes part of your life. Focus your beliefs and your intentions to create the life you want.
