Building Confidence
Confidence comes from inside. I know that sounds trite but that has to be fully understood before any efforts at building confidence can be successful. You can say a line like ‘I’m confident in my opinion’ but to project REAL confidence, you have to be certain about your well thought out and unwavering stance on the topic your opinion is regarding. Your confidence will resound and it will ring true. Further, your confidence will build too, because of your certainty.
There are many confidence building programs available: I’m presenting one here called Peak Confidence. They can be successful at building up your confidence. But go back to the trite phrase I offered at the beginning and start by building confidence from inside too. Pick a topic that you’re interested in and explore it fully. Seek to gain solid understanding from all sides of the issue. Then mentally examine what you’ve learned and build a firm stance of your own that you can have full self confidence in, because you know it’s a solidly founded opinion that you can defend if questioned on it.

Get Peak Confidence and start building confidence from within as I’ve described. You’ll find that along with your building confidence levels, you’ll also be gaining knowledge in the topics that you research. Perhaps you’ll even find that some of your previous opinions weren’t true at all, and that part of your building confidence problem was that you were stating beliefs that you really didn’t actually believe either.
Of course, if you want the ultimate in self confidence you might try building supreme confidence by learning conversational hypnosis. I’ll speak more on building confidence in other posts.
