When your body feels good, your mind feels good too.  When your body and mind feel good your spirit feels good too.  Does this work in reverse?  When your spirit is upbeat, (high on binaural beats) your body and mind feel good too.  So why can’t you maintain a spiritual high and feel good all the time?

The fact is you can have a spiritual high as often as you want.  I’ve never heard of anyone overdosing on the feel good endorphins your body can produce.  The difficulty is that your conscious mind doesn’t know how to excite the body into producing endorfins when you want to feel good. I’ll say this as many times as it takes for the message to fully sink in.  “You are your spirit.”  I’m sure you’ve had times when driving or doing something tedious, when you suddenly realize that you don’t remember the past several minutes-you were on autopilot.  You didn’t hit the ditch because you weren’t asleep but still you have no recollection.  What has happened there? The answer is that though your mind and body were awake, your spirit nodded off and YOU are your spirit.  The body and mind you possess are just the vehicle that YOU are driving around this life in.  When you (by which I mean the spiritual you) become too absorbed in the functions of your body/mind, you loose track of being the spirit.  Binaural beats remind you to be your spirit and the results are amazing.

I found that the keyword term ‘life on mars’ had like 2000+ searches. I had to search further to see that ‘Life on mars’ was the name of a television show (I don’t watch TV). I saw that ‘Life on Mars’ also is some band’s song. But is there life on Mars? There should be. We should have colonists there already but we don’t because seemingly, there isn’t any life on Earth.

Why don’t we have colonists on Mars right now, who could answer the question of whether there is life on Mars? We put men on the moon in the 1960′s. That is like forty years ago. What the F**K have we been doing in space since then? Hmmm, well there was a Vietnam War to fight, a war in the Falklands, and then war in the Persian Gulf, Here a war, there a war, a War on Terror in Afghanistan and then a War in Iraq to destroy some weapons of mass destruction that weren’t actually there in the first place. If there was life on Mars, would there have been a Mars war? I probably missed a few wars but I think you see my point.

Astral Projection = a vacation for the spirit

When a person enjoys an out-of-body experience (and it is supremely pleasurable), or an astral projection, their spirit is taking a vacation from the work of being in a body.  Astral projection is precisely what happens when a person dies: the soul portion of their being gets a retirement from the arduous job of living and the spirit moves on, out of body, to the old soul’s home.  Your learning to astral project gives you a living example of what it is like to die.  (Although unless the destination of your astral projection is the afterlife itself, you won’t get the full flavor of a total death experience.)

As I said in my last post, chakra meditation is exercise for the spirit.  It promotes good spiritual health and chakra healing.  Personally, I do chakra or kundalini meditation whenever I have the chance.  But a person working a tedious 9-to-5 needs an occasional vacation and your spirit also wants to get away for a break too.  Fortunately, the soul’s vacation in an astral projection doesn’t cost as much as an airline ticket and there are no booking blackout periods on chakra meditation healing time-share resorts. ☺

Astral projection isn’t all that difficult but like a person getting on an airplane for the first time, the initial trip out-of-body takes coaching.  The spirit is accustomed to being cooped up in the body shell and it is probably more leery than a timid turtle.  I can offer this word of encouragement: many people HAVE died in airplane crashes but NOT A SINGLE SOLITARY SOUL has EVER been lost to an astral projection journey.  Your spirit ventures out of body and it will come back to the body when the astral projection is over.  The only exception is if the body dies while the spirit is away but that death would’ve occurred even with the soul there to suffer the body’s final pain (if any).
