Astral Project and Grow Younger

  Time does not exist in the astral plane, the previous and future portions of your existence are in a mixed pool around you – and you can astral project into any portion of your life to visit or revisit. You can also astrally project into your previous or future body and absorb the thoughts and memories that your past or future self is experiencing. I’ve read of several different methods on how to astral project.  Neither the Silva methods of astral projection nor the Monroe how to astral project guide are quite how I manage to astral project.  There are also other astral project products that use binaural beats and/or hypnotism to assist you in your astral project attempts.  I don’t personally need either of those to astral project but the extra assistance on the first few astral travels would be very useful.

Some discussion I’ve read on astral projection suggest that a person trying to astral project should ‘transfer consciousness’ from the physical body to the astral body.  In my view that is incorrect and a person wishing to astral project could get hung up on this point.  The real truth is that you are ALWAYS in your astral body and you’re actually astrally projecting into the physical body.  Astral travel is MORE natural to the spirit than walking is.

Understand that you are your astral body.  This can be difficult because life in the physical body makes the spirit complacent to what it actually is.  Try this: Close your eyes and bend your elbow – WITHOUT moving your arm.  I want you to feel that your astral hand has projected to a different place than where your physical one is.  Can you do that?  Can you astral project just your hand and forearm? Look at the astral project icon to the left.  Your one hand should be in two places and you should be able to feel both.  The sensations of the astral hand will feel different from the physical hand but you can sense both.  As the Monroe how to astral project method says, the ethereal one will have a ‘vibrational’ quality.

“That’s just imagination!”  I can hear an argument to astral travel from the astral project peanut gallery.

“Yes.”  I retort.  “It is imagination.  But what do you think imagination is?  Do you think imagination is just the physical mind playing games?  Or can you realize that much of what you think of as imagination is your spirit feeling its ethereal being?

So use your imagination to begin your astral projection attempt and when you do manage to astral project, then you suddenly realize that it isn’t just your ‘imagination’.  Its much more and your spirit is enjoying the ultimate freedom of being free from the constraining body while you astral project.

For the second time in a row, my astral travel has taken my astral body through the gates of hell.  These recent astral travels to the gates of hell are of particular interest to me because I really didn’t think the gates of hell actually existed.  It’s been awhile since my first out of body experience during my near death experience and on that astral projection, I didn’t astrally travel to the gates of hell.  And my astral body hadn’t been to the gates of hell in any astral journey since that first out of body experience.

I have heard of near death experience hell and read of people having experienced the gates of hell in out of body astral travel but I could not quite reconcile how the gates of hell could fit into my mental image of the whole afterlife process.  I still have to do some serious thinking on the gates of hell and maybe I can travel to hell on more astral projections as well.

What was it like?  Honestly, hell was not that bad – BUT – I was only just past the gates of hell.  I imagine hell would be much worse further in from the gates of hell.  Previous to my recent astral travel into hell, I would not have though pain would exist anywhere in the afterlife, or in astral projection because the nerves that feel pain are of the physical body.  Yet beyond the gates of hell there was pain.  We feel love and joy as almost a physical sensation and the negative emotions also have a form of pain.  Compound that with the absence of sensual input (like hearing, touch, smell) for the astral body, the pain in hell to the astral body could be quite intense.  Even at the gates of hell my astral body felt that: in fact, that’s really how I knew when my astral travel trip had gone beyond the gates of hell.

As I said, I need to ponder on my out of body experience in hell to decide where the gates of hell fit into my belief structure.  Meanwhile, I have renewed empathy for those whose near death experience hell was further in from the gates of hell than my two astral travel trips were.

I left my body to astral travel.

Think about that simple sentence and understand what it means. The whole meaning of life can be found in the words. I LEFT MY BODY = astral travel and it also means the body death when the astral travel happens, the astral body leaves.

Let’s explore the astral travel concept fully. If I said ‘I got out of my car’, you would understand that. While you’re in your car, you may feel you are part of the automobile. You turn the wheel to the left and the steering does what you want in making the car veer left. But when you get out of your car, you know you were not part of the car. You were the driver- the car’s spirit.

Astral Travel Certainty

Think of the words ‘I left my body’ in the same way. While in your body, you command the body’s faculties. Your astral body steers your body like you would drive a car. Then when you die, or when you astral travel, your astral body leaves your physical body. And that’s when you can see that you were NEVER part of the physical body. You have always been your astral body and you are only driving the physical body you are currently in.

Your body is the car and you are the spirit driving it. When you leave your body, it is just like getting out of your car. If you leave your car/body and leave it running/alive, it is astral travel. If the car body is dead, then you still astral travel away from it but the gates of eternity open for you to enter. You’ll return when you get another earth car/body to drive.
