Astral Projection is Spirit Relaxation

We are in a fast paced world now – where we eat in a hurry, sleep in a hurry, and wake up in a hurry and rush to work in a hurry. Amidst all this frenzy, little do we care about our physical well being and spirit relaxation? We fail to understand that our aging and dull faces just mean that our spirit is tired. Only when our own doctors and physicians tell us to get on to some relaxation techniques, do we realize that we have been ignoring the most important part of our self – the spirit.

The Astral Plane

I have a sub-blog on this domain called ‘Astral Project’ and I planned for it to be lighthearted talk about astral traveling.  Then I posted an account of my finding out where in hell Adolph Hitler went and a minor Hell broke out for me.  More specifically, it was when I attempted in a second where in hell did Adolph Hitler go post where I attempted to describe the senses one has in the astral plane.  I started off my writing with what I thought was shallow enough philosophical water, but soon found that manifesting in the astral plane put me into a theological quagmire similar to the ‘how many angels can dance on the head of a pin’ question.

I don’t care a fig about angels dancing on pinheads but I do believe that our afterlife is rooted entirely on truth and incapable of being affected by either lies or paradox.  So the problem must lie in my own mind.  Perhaps someone can help me out with this manifesting question.

On An Astral Plane

Here are the two paragraphs that sent my mind into the deeper philosophical waters.

“The above paragraph inspires another thought. If my personal opinion of what is appropriate punishment for the 911 hijackers manifested into eternity to bring about what I saw, then the souls of those 911 hijackers might have suffered that extra punishment because I manifested it. Think about what that could mean. If someone in life really ticked you off, and then that person died, you could astral travel to a manifested destination and get in a kick at that hated person’s spirit. Conversely, when a loved one dies, you can pass your love into eternity to give them some additional pleasure and/or support.”

“I’ll tackle the ‘far-fetched’ comment one last time. I have no proof whatsoever and I’ll never have any physical evidence to support what I say about the afterlife. I’m sorry but that is a fact. But I can lend some credence though sideline means. If you believe that manifesting does work to some degree in this physical real, as I certainly do, then it stands to logical reason that manifesting works in the ethereal realm too – and in fact manifesting must work exponentially better there because that is where manifesting comes from and what we have of it here is only the residual spill over. If someone here manifests a winning lottery ticket here, it becomes true and they have the cash to spend. If an event is manifested into the astral plane, then it becomes true as well. So regardless of how ‘far-fetched’ it sounds, as long as I believe it to be true, then it is true. And it really affects nothing here so what is the difference anyway? Decide for yourself.”

As you can see, I did tentatively resolve the issue for myself.  Yes, a living person can manifest extra punishment.  Actually, I see Hell as being more about reconciliation than with dealing out punishment so a living soul adding to that gives the departed soul a chance to make reconciliation in Hell instead of carrying it forward as extra ‘karma’ to the next life.

Manifest on Earth as you will in the Astral Plane

In other words, when a person vehemently says “Oh!  I hope he burns in Hell for that!”  It is manifesting for the actual temperature in the real Eternal Hell to be cranked up a few more notches for that individual.

I’m hoping you already know something about lucid dreaming, manifesting and quantum theory but I’ll keep this as simple as possible anyways.

On my first out-of-body experience in my NDE and in subsequent lucid dreaming and astral travels, I have felt as a complete entity, even when seeing my vacated body.  I’ll compare lucid dreaming and astral travel to driving a car: the vehicle responds to my controlling the wheel, brakes and gas pedal but when I switch off the key and get out, I’m still me and I can see the driverless car in front of me.

Lucid Dreaming and NDE

In almost every NDE report, the person says ‘I left my body behind’.  Have you ever heard of even one NDE where the person says ‘I felt empty: as if my soul had left me’?

So exercise your god-given logical mind.  If you as an out-of-body soul can view your body, but you as a recently dead body can’t feel the loss of your departed soul, then which are you mostly?  Are you the body or are you the soul?  It’s obvious that you are the soul looking out the windshield eyes of the human body you are driving around in.  When you finally wreck your body, you switch off the ignition and leave your mortal vehicle.  The tow truck comes and hauls it away to the morgue.

Then your judgment (or your karma if you prefer) is like the insurance money you have to buy a new ride.

Manifest your ‘car’ to the sleekest body shape imaginable

So what is real?  Is the physical reality real when you are actually a soul from the ethereal, joyriding about in a human body/car because you can’t live in a physical realm without a physical body – or is this physical world just a pretend world imagined up by your spirit.  The second is much more logical and I know that sounds like ‘the Matrix’ or other science fiction premise but let me try to prove it further.

Can a dog ‘manifest’ up a bone from a hole in the ground where a bone isn’t buried?  NO.  A dog can’t manifest anything because a dog doesn’t have a soul, or the higher intellect that comes with a soul.  Can a human manifest wealth or love or anything?  NO.  A human can’t.  The physical world has finite laws and these preclude the magic required to manifest.  BUT, a soul CAN manifest because a soul exists primarily in the astral plane and that is the ethereal source material for the quantum creation of matter and lucid dreaming.  Let me put this simpler.  God created the world and we as souls continue to create what we want in it.

Reality Creation Secrets

Let me use a car example again.  Have you ever been driving and suddenly realized that you cannot remember the last few kilometers?  What happened?  You were engaged in your imagination, you were manifesting the reality you wanted AND you were actually astral traveling – though being preoccupied, you didn’t notice that you had left your body.  But the car didn’t suddenly swerve into the ditch without you at the wheel, because your human body/mind does have some intelligence and you’ve trained it how to drive on ‘autopilot’.  Then you return and say “HEY! What happened?  I don’t remember the last few miles.”

What were you doing when you were absent for those few miles?  You were ‘day-dreaming’.  That is totally different from sleep dreaming.  A dog can dream during sleep.  You can see its legs moving as if running and it would likely have rapid eye movement (REM).  Your human also dreams and you witness it because your bond with your human creature is so complete that you believe it is you, even though there are many clues of how it is NOT you.  (I’ll elaborate in another post).

Have Lucid Dreams

The Lucid dreaming that your human and your dog have are based on things in memory that happened in real life.  Day-dreams are imagination dreams and imagination can also factor into night dreams, but a dog does not have an imagination.  Imagination is part of your soul–part of YOU.  Imagination is your vision into the real doings in your astral home.  Imagination is also your voice into ethereal existence to ask for things to be manifested into your physical reality by the means of quantum mechanics or even lucid dreaming.

We are God’s spirit children, the physical existence is our summer sleep-away camp/ live-in school, our human bodies are the bicycles we play on and manifesting is writing a letter home to request a can of cookies in the mail.  But we are growing up, maturing over the generations we live, and one day we will have to start acting and thinking as young adult spirits even in your lucid dreaming.

The person who inspired me to write this had remarked on how my last astral travel adventure was ‘far-fetched’.  I imagine she might see this post then as outlandishly so but this is the true scenario of our immortal lives.  And when you come to see yourself as an ethereal spirit living in a human host, then the vistas of our fabulous future can unfold before you like a road map to heaven on earth.  Get into the habit of lucid dreaming regularly.

in 12-2012 the Mayan calendar will end

We are only three years and three months away from 12-2012 and there is a lot of work to be done before our date with destiny as predicted on the Mayan calendar.  If nothing is done between now and 12-2012, the date will pass and be wasted with nothing changed and nothing gained.

Prepare for 12-2012

“What is to be done?”  You may ask.  The only thing you really need to do is to really feel your spirit for probably the first time.  When you do feel your spirit and feed your spirit with the faith it craves, then the world WILL change on 12-2012.  Our problems will go away and we can begin to develop towards our true potential.

The first step towards manifesting an end to global problems by 12-2012, is recognizing what those problems really are.  When you understand the problem at its root level, then the ideal solution to the problem emerges.

I promise to help you understand our problems as we count down to 12-12012.  Will you also promise to try to comprehend with an open mind?  If we can both hold to that vow, then when the Mayan calendar ends on 12-2012, we can start a new calendar that will take us to eternity.

Start with feeling your spirit.  Chakra meditation and astral projection are both good exercises for feeding your spirit.  I’ll be giving more advice and discussion on 12-2012.

Can your body astral project? No. The body stays behind when the spirit astral projects. Does your body enjoy the spirit’s lucid dreams? No. Your limbs might move as a dog that runs in its sleep but your body is not part of a lucid dream. Does your body participate in your death? Surprisingly, NO. Your body’s death is only like a landlord’s eviction notice. The spirit goes on and you can get a sneak preview of what the spirit will enjoy on your body’s death, from your living enjoyment of both lucid dreams and astral projection adventures.

In my opinion there is a fine line between lucid dreaming and astral projecting. The dream estate is not of either the body nor the mind: it is of the ethereal and when the spirit is in a lucid dream, the spirit is home in the ethereal regions.

I would love for you to enjoy both astral travel and lucid dreams, as my spirit does.  Then we could discuss our astral projects and our lucid dreams.  My death experience gave me the edge because I don’t need any products like binaural beats to put my spirit fully into the ethereal.  But for those who haven’t had a death experience or a previous astral project out-of-body adventure, these can be of necessary assistance.  Astral traveling and lucid dreaming in the ethereal realm are like riding a bicycle, once the spirit learns how to do it, the spirit can do do it.

I’ve read of several different methods on how to astral project.  Neither the Silva methods of astral projection nor the Monroe how to astral project guide are quite how I manage to astral project.  There are also other astral project products that use binaural beats and/or hypnotism to assist you in your astral project attempts.  I don’t personally need either of those to astral project but the extra assistance on the first few astral travels would be very useful.

Some discussion I’ve read on astral projection suggest that a person trying to astral project should ‘transfer consciousness’ from the physical body to the astral body.  In my view that is incorrect and a person wishing to astral project could get hung up on this point.  The real truth is that you are ALWAYS in your astral body and you’re actually astrally projecting into the physical body.  Astral travel is MORE natural to the spirit than walking is.

How to Astral Project – Step One – feel the spirit

Astral Project is Easy with Binaural Beats

Understand that you are your astral body.  This can be difficult because life in the physical body makes the spirit complacent to what it actually is.  Try this: Close your eyes and bend your elbow – WITHOUT moving your arm.  I want you to feel that your astral hand has projected to a different place than where your physical one is.  Can you do that?  Can you astral project just your hand and forearm? Look at the astral project icon to the left.  Your one hand should be in two places and you should be able to feel both.  The sensations of the astral hand will feel different from the physical hand but you can sense both.  As the Monroe how to astral project method says, the ethereal one will have a ‘vibrational’ quality.

“That’s just imagination!”  I can hear an argument to astral travel from the astral project peanut gallery.

“Yes.”  I retort.  “It is imagination.  But what do you think imagination is?  Do you think imagination is just the physical mind playing games?  Or can you realize that much of what you think of as imagination is your spirit feeling its ethereal being?

So use your imagination to begin your astral projection attempt and when you do manage to astral project, then you suddenly realize that it isn’t just your ‘imagination’.  Its much more and your spirit is enjoying the ultimate freedom of being free from the constraining body while you astral project.
