Astral Project and Grow Younger

  Time does not exist in the astral plane, the previous and future portions of your existence are in a mixed pool around you – and you can astral project into any portion of your life to visit or revisit. You can also astrally project into your previous or future body and absorb the thoughts and memories that your past or future self is experiencing. That astral ability alone is an interesting astral projecting experience and it brought me to an epiphany. ‘Co-existing for longer periods in a former incarnation of myself could bring a return to youthfulness!’

What the Astral Body Looks Like

I’m often asked to describe my astral body. This is difficult because the astral body that I’m using during astral travel does not use the same set of non-astral eyeballs that my physical body does. This means that I have to almost speak in Greek to describe what my astral body looks like, when all you understand is English. But I’ll try.

What Does Your Astral Body Looks Like?

My first sight of my astral body occurred during my death experience. Then my astral body was a rough globe of light that I could see both from the inside and the outside of. My astral body had tendrils of light that went off as far as the astral eye could see. Now that I’m more used to my astral travels, I see my astral form as a more subdued light. I expect that is partially because I’m paying less attention to the astral body looks like, than I am to my astral surroundings and the doings of others.

Can I Change My Astral Body?

The answer to that is absolutely positively yes and no too. Your astral body will suit the current desire but the temporary changes you put on your astral body will not be permanent.

How Old does the Astral Body Look?

Regardless of what age the astral traveler is in the physical universe, the astral body seems to appear in mid 20′s to late 30′s but I’ve seen both older and younger than that. I think the astral body conforms it’s appearance to what the traveler feels most comfortable at.

I would love for you to enjoy both astral travel and lucid dreams, as my spirit does. Then we could discuss our astral projects and our lucid dreams. My death experience gave me the edge because I don’t need any products like binaural beats to put my spirit fully into the ethereal.
